Founded in December 1998, Xi’an Software Park is located within the Xi’an High-tech Industries Development Zone, a special economic-expansion area entitled to government tax benefits and other incentives. To date, Xi’an Software Park has attracted more than 630 software and outsourcing enterprises both from within China and abroad, with more than 50,000 employees.

LOCATION & TRANSPORTATION: Xi’an is the largest major city in China’s portion of the new Eurasian continental bridge. The city is located in the center of China and is about a 2-hour flight from both the capital, Beijing, and the major coastal city of Shanghai.

Xi’an has one of the four biggest airports in China, with 29 international routes to both major Southeast Asian cities in Japan and Singapore as well as European and North American cities such as Frankfurt, Paris, New York, San Francisco, and Vancouver.
With railways, highways, a municipal ring road and a subway system, the city is now home to a highly accommodating modern traffic network.
INFRASTRUCTURE AND SERVICE: The base is equipped with 1000 MB optical fiber, and communication devices from national providers China Telecom, CNC, and Unicom have also been built.
Other facilities in the Software park include a two-circuit power supply, business centers, apartments, large restaurants, cafes and tennis courts.
A comprehensive ‘one-stop’ service platform has been established for office property management, human resources, marketing, finance & guarantees.

CHOSEN BY COMPANIES WORLDWIDE: Xi’an has attracted the attention of hundreds of well-known international and domestic enterprises, as well as many local software and service outsourcing providers.

3000+ YEARS OF HISTORY: Xia’an was known in ancient times as Chang’an and is considered the birthplace of Chinese civilization. First inhabited over 3,100 years ago, it was the seat of the nation’s capital for some 1,100 years and housed a succession of 13 imperial dynasties, including the celebrated Qin and Tang dynasties. Moreover, Xi’an was the original starting point of the world-famous Silk Road. Boasting a history that is measurable in millenia, Xi’an is truly a treasurehouse of human culture. The city is probably best known worldwide for its historical terracotta sculptures.

Along with its sister cities of Athens, Rome, and Cairo, Xi’an has justly been distinguished as one of the four capitals of civilization of the ancient world.
Xi’an Software Park is a national software industrial base, a national software export base, a software industrial base listed in the National “Torch Plan”, and one of the first batch of the “Service Outsourcing Base Cities of China”. Xi’an Software Park was rated as Top 10 software parks in china.
